Do not defrost

Karahi (Wok): Preheat oil to frying temperature (180°C/355°F). Deep fry frozen Blazin’ Bars^™ for 3~4 minutes, or until fully cooked.
OR
Oven: Preheat oven to 230°C (446°F). Bake frozen Blazin’ Bars^™ on a baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 7~10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
